Connect MBX Reach to ChatGPT to explore your audience, prepare campaign drafts and read reports. Review and send from MBX Reach.
Connect in three steps
Open OpenAI’s directory and look for MBX Reach. Install it if available, then select Connect.
Sign in to MBX Reach, choose your workspace and review the requested permissions before allowing access.
Return to ChatGPT, select MBX Reach and ask it to prepare a draft. Open MBX Reach to review it before sending.
Try it with your next campaign
Prepare a welcome email for new subscribers. Give me three subject lines and save the email as a draft. Do not send it.
An assistant connected this way writes drafts and never sends: you review each one and press Send.
You stay in control
Use a workspace with API access. ChatGPT availability and workspace policies apply separately. This OAuth connection prepares drafts and cannot send campaigns. Disconnect it in MBX Reach → AI assistants → Connected apps.
Need help connecting?
If MBX Reach is unavailable, check your ChatGPT plan and workspace policies. If connection fails, check your workspace access and reconnect. Never paste a password or API key into a conversation.
