Webhooks

Get told the moment someone subscribes, confirms, unsubscribes, bounces or complains, and when a campaign finishes. Each delivery is signed, so your side can check it came from us, and retries back off for fifteen hours before giving up.

What it does

• Every delivery is signed with a secret only you and we know, so your side can check it came from us. Failures retry with growing pauses for fifteen hours.

How to connect it

1. In the panel, under Webhooks, add your address and pick the events.
2. Copy the signing secret, shown once.
3. Send a test from the same page and check it arrived.

What if my server is down?

We retry with growing pauses for fifteen hours, then mark the delivery failed where you can see it and send it again by hand.

Can I see what was sent?

Yes: every delivery, its answer and its timing sit under the endpoint.
