This policy describes how refunds and cancellation work for MBX Reach paid plans, provided by MediaBoxEnt Digital Studio LLC. It is part of the Terms of Service and should be read together with them.
Monthly plans carry a 7-calendar-day refund window on the first charge. Annual plans carry a 30-calendar-day window on every annual charge. Refunds are always for the full charge, taxes included, and cancelling is always free: your plan simply runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
This policy covers the subscription charges for MBX Reach paid plans. There is nothing else it could cover: MBX Reach has no add-ons, no per-seat charges and no overage, and we never bill you on behalf of anyone else. The short version, both billing periods side by side:
A refund window is counted in calendar days, in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), starting at the moment the charge is made. Day 1 is the day of the charge, and a request made at any time before the end of the window's last calendar day is inside the window. What counts is the date your request reaches us, not the date we answer it.
The free plan involves no charge, so no window runs on it. Where a paid plan starts with a trial, no charge exists during the trial and no window runs during it: your first window starts when the first charge is made at the trial's end. Cancelling during a trial costs nothing, because nothing has been charged.
You may request a full refund of your first charge on a monthly plan within 7 calendar days of that charge. This window applies once per workspace, on the first monthly charge. Monthly renewal charges are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time so that no further renewal happens, as described under Cancellation below.
You may request a full refund of an annual charge within 30 calendar days of that charge. Because an annual plan is billed once for the whole year, this window applies to every annual charge: the first one, and each yearly renewal alike.
Cancellation and refund are different actions. Cancelling stops future renewal charges and nothing else: your workspace keeps its paid plan through the end of the period you already paid for. When that period ends, the workspace moves to the free plan. Nothing in it is deleted; if your audience or your sending is above the free plan's ceilings, sending pauses until you are within them or choose a plan again. You can cancel from the Plan page in your panel or by writing to support@mbxreach.com.
A refund is the opposite trade: the money comes back, and the paid plan ends. When a refund is granted, your subscription ends immediately and the workspace moves to the free plan at once, on the same terms as above.
Stated plainly, so nothing here is buried:
Nothing in this section limits refunds we are required to give by applicable law, or choose to give at our discretion.
Three rules, and they are the same whether you pay monthly or yearly:
Charges you paid with a promotional code or discount are refunded at the amount you actually paid, never at list price. A period covered entirely by a promotion involves no charge, so there is nothing to refund.
Consumer law there gives you 14 days to withdraw from a contract made at a distance. That right exists whatever this policy says, and we do not ask you to sign it away in order to start using the service.
It applies alongside the windows above rather than instead of them, so you keep whichever is better for you: on a first monthly charge that is the 14 days, and on an annual charge it is the 30 days in this policy. To use it, write to support@mbxreach.com within 14 days of subscribing and we refund the charge in full.
Email support@mbxreach.com from, or naming, the email address used at checkout, and include your workspace name or the receipt if you have it. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; banks typically take several business days to show them on your statement. Where applicable, sales tax, VAT or other transaction taxes collected on the charge are refunded along with it.
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, the workspace's sending may be suspended on notice of the dispute, regardless of its outcome, until the dispute is resolved. We would much rather fix a billing problem directly: write to support@mbxreach.com first and we will sort it out.
Neither cancelling nor a refund deletes anything. The workspace continues on the free plan with its contacts, forms, campaigns and reports intact; only the paid ceilings go. Data is removed only when you close the workspace yourself, on the timetable in the Terms of Service: gone from the live service at once, and from backups within 30 days.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and changes apply only to charges made after that date, never retroactively to a charge already made. Where a change materially reduces your rights under this policy, we notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
