MBX Reach is an MCP server. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that speaks MCP and ask it in plain words: look someone up, add the people who asked to be added, draft the next campaign, read last week's report. Claude and ChatGPT connect with an Allow button and no key; other assistants use an API key. Every action is written in your audit trail.

What it does

How to connect it

1. In Claude or ChatGPT, add MBX Reach as a connector with the address https://mbxreach.com/mcp.
2. MBX Reach opens: sign in, choose the workspace and press Allow.
3. Ask it something. For any other assistant, make an API key under Integrations, AI assistants, and use that instead.

Which assistants work?

Claude, ChatGPT and any assistant that speaks MCP. Claude and ChatGPT connect without a key; the panel shows the exact settings for the others.

Can the assistant send a campaign?

Not when it is connected with the Allow button: it writes the draft and you press Send. With an API key, only if the key carries the send scope.
