The price you see is the most you can pay
No add-ons. Nothing charged per seat. No fee to take our name out of your footer, and no bill for going over: when you reach a ceiling, sending pauses until the month turns over, and you decide whether to move up or buy extra emails for that month. Every plan includes signup forms, automations, reports and two-step sign-in; the table below shows what each adds.
Prices in US dollars, per month. Taxes may be added where the law requires them. What each plan allows is set out in the Terms of Service, and what you may send in the Anti-Spam & Acceptable Use Policy.

How the prices compare
Monthly billing, in US dollars, at the same number of contacts, read from each vendor's own pricing page on the date below. They include more emails per contact than we do; that is the trade, and it is stated on the last row.

Verified 12 September 2026 on emailoctopus.com/pricing, mailerlite.com/pricing and mailchimp.com/pricing/marketing (EmailOctopus Core; MailerLite Comfort; Mailchimp Essentials, and Standard at 100,000 where Essentials is not listed). Mailchimp's price cards add that overages apply if a limit is exceeded; Brevo prices by emails sent instead and charges $10.80 a month extra to remove its logo on its Starter plan. None of that applies here: the price you see is the most you can pay.
Questions people ask before signing up
What happens when I reach a limit?
Sending pauses until the month turns over. Nothing is charged, ever; you decide whether to move up a plan.
What counts as a contact?
People who are subscribed or waiting to confirm. Addresses that unsubscribed or bounced do not count against your plan.
Why two emails per contact a month?
Because sending is the one thing that costs us, so it is the one thing we meter. Two full sends a month is a newsletter every two weeks. If you write weekly, the next plan up gives you the room.
Do you charge to remove your name from my emails?
No. Every paid plan is your branding only. The line appears on the free plan, and that is the only place.
Why do my first campaigns go out slowly?
Everyone sends through the same infrastructure, so one bought list puts every other customer's messages in spam. A new workspace sends its first campaigns at a reduced speed, and a very large first import waits for a look; after that it sends at full speed, with nobody to wait for. The exact numbers are published in the Anti-Spam Policy, so nothing is a surprise.
Can I send from my own domain?
Yes. Write to support and we set it up. Until then you send from your own address on our shared domain, with replies going to whatever mailbox you choose.
Does it work with WordPress, Wix or Squarespace?
Yes. Every signup form comes with a snippet you paste into any page (a Custom HTML block in WordPress), plus a hosted page for your bio link. A WordPress plugin that does it in one click is being built.
Do you sell or share my list?
No. Your contacts are yours; we store them only to run the service for you, and we never mail them on our own behalf. The Privacy Policy says exactly what we keep and for how long.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Everything in your workspace is removed from the live service at once and from backups within 30 days. Only the unsubscribe and bounce records stay, so nobody gets mailed again by mistake.
Is there a contract, or a card for the free plan?
No and no. Plans run month to month and you close your workspace from the panel whenever you like. The free plan never asks for a card.
Can I connect Claude or another AI assistant?
Yes. Every workspace with API access has an MCP server at mbxreach.com/mcp. Connect it with an API key and the assistant can look contacts up, add people who asked to be added, draft campaigns and read reports. It can do exactly what the key allows and nothing more, and sending follows the same limits as always.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, within a window. The first charge of a monthly plan can be refunded in full within 7 days; every charge of an annual plan within 30 days. After that, cancelling is free at any time and your plan runs to the end of what you paid for; then the workspace moves to the free plan and nothing is deleted.
