Zapier

Our own Zapier app: four instant triggers (new subscriber, confirmed, unsubscribed, campaign sent) and five actions (add or update a contact, subscribe to a list, add tags, record an event, unsubscribe), plus a contact search. One API key connects a workspace.

What it does

• A Zap starts the moment someone subscribes, confirms, unsubscribes or a campaign finishes sending: no polling, the event arrives by webhook.
• From any other app, add or update a contact with lists, tags and fields, subscribe them to a list, tag them, record a purchase or a booking as an event, or unsubscribe them.

How to connect it

1. Open the app in Zapier with the button above and accept the invitation.
2. In the panel, under API keys, create a key with the contacts, campaigns and webhooks scopes; it is shown once.
3. In your Zap, pick MBX Reach, paste the key, and choose a trigger or an action. Its webhook appears on the Webhooks page while the Zap is on.

Questions people ask

Why an invitation?

The app is not in Zapier's public directory yet. The invitation gives you the same app, today; once it is listed, your Zaps keep working.
