Verify your sending domain
Video in English
Before you start
You need an owner account for your workspace, a domain you control and access to its DNS provider. Use the exact records shown in MBX Reach: they are specific to your domain.
Set up your domain in four steps
Add your domain
Open Settings → Sending domain in MBX Reach. Enter your domain without https:// or a page path and submit it.
Connect your DNS
If automatic setup is offered, review and authorize it with your DNS provider. Otherwise copy each required record from MBX Reach into your DNS dashboard, keeping its type, name and value exactly as shown.
Check the records
Return to MBX Reach and select Check DNS. DNS changes can take time to appear. Check the status in the panel and wait for approval before sending.
Verify your reply address
In Settings, choose the address that will receive replies and request verification. Open the verification email in that inbox and confirm it. Review your sender details before sending a test.
If verification is still pending
Check that you are editing DNS at the provider that hosts your active nameservers. Watch for duplicated domain suffixes, missing records and copied spaces. Do not delete existing mail records to make room. If a record conflicts or a check keeps failing, contact support with the domain and the error shown.
