Get everything ready

1. Choose your language

   Use the language menu at the top of the panel. English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian and French are available. In Account → Profile, choose your account language or follow your browser.

2. Prepare your sender details

   Open Settings. Review your workspace name, city or time zone, default sender name, email and reply-to address. Complete the postal address used in your emails, then save your settings.

3. Add your brand

   In Brand, add your logo, newsletter banner and signature. Review your next email design to check how they look. In Account → Profile, update your photo, name, country and bio.

4. Protect your account

   Review the sign-in methods in Account. You can use a password or a supported Google, Microsoft or GitHub sign-in. Enable two-step verification with a passkey, an authenticator app or both. Store your recovery codes somewhere safe.

5. Review your sessions and workspaces

   Check active sessions and sign out other sessions if you do not recognize them. If your plan supports multiple workspaces, create a separate one for each brand and check which workspace is selected before editing a campaign.
