Delete your account

You can close your MBX Reach account and delete its data whenever you want, from the Android app or from mbxreach.com. You do it yourself; nobody has to approve it.

How to delete it

1. Sign in to the MBX Reach app or at mbxreach.com.
2. Open Account in the menu and go to Close your account, at the bottom of the page.
3. Type your email address and press Close my account. We email you a confirmation link that works for one hour.
4. Open the link, tick the box and confirm. Your account is deleted at that moment.

Can't sign in?

Send us a deletion request from the privacy form, using the email address of the account. We check that the account is yours and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in: email address, password, passkeys, two-step verification and sessions.
• The workspaces you own and everything in them: contacts, lists, forms, campaigns, reports, uploaded images, unsubscribe records and the audit log.
• If a workspace you own has a paid plan, its subscription is cancelled with it.
• In workspaces someone else owns, you are removed; what you did there stays in that owner's audit log without your name.

Everything is removed from the live service at once and is gone from our backups within 30 days.

What we keep

Only the records the law obliges us to keep, such as invoices, for as long as it requires, and a minimal pseudonymous record that stops the free trial from being claimed again.
