Create and share signup forms

From form to subscriber

1. Create your form

   Open Forms → New form. Choose an internal name and a list, then write the title, button text and description. Set a success message or destination page, add tags and choose whether to ask for a name. Create the form.

2. Share or embed

   Share the hosted page link in your bio, a QR code or a button. For your website, copy the HTML from the form panel. Keep the hidden anti-bot field and review the available human verification settings. Restrict allowed sites to your own domains.

3. Use a pop-up or JavaScript

   Copy the pop-up script and choose when it appears: after a delay, at a scroll position or on exit intent. Preview it with ?mbxreach_preview=1. For a custom application, follow the JavaScript example shown in the panel and send the email and name to the form endpoint; never put a private account API key in browser code.

4. Connect WordPress and test

   Use the MBX Reach WordPress plugin with a Shortcode block, not a Code block, or the MBX Reach signup form block. Submit a test subscription, check the selected list and tags, and complete the confirmation email when the list requires it.
